Just like skin, any protein based material takes on the flavor of food that was consumed. Has his diet changed?

Hmm dont know that Ive ever noticed that particular texture. It should not be sperm, even if there were sperm present it would be far too small for your tongue's receptors to notice it. If I had to wager a guess, i would say that maybe tsome extra air got in, or in a huge long shot that maybe your hubby had something very acidic that got into the semen and caused a tingling sensation??? thats a perplexing question.

it's not the sperm cells that taste tingly. they are too microscopic to have a taste or flavor. it's the seminal fluids accompanying the sperm cells, which counteract the acidity of the vaginal cavity, that taste tingly. this is the reason why semen smells like chlorox or listerine. cheers!

The taste of semen can change based on changes in his diet. He probably has been eating something lately that altered the taste of his semen.

Well....an 'emission' from our body; is going 2 B directly affected by food & drink intake. So, that's where to start the investigation.....I'm thinking it would be very remote that it would be related to any previous surgery...(That's a question for an MD) That & u may want to 'compare' it in 2-3 days. (He can Thank me 4 that.)
