Download this it's free and clean's all the stuff out,old files,emails,anything not in use or past delete's,man my pc picked up speed after that first run.Try it you'll be amazed. http://stevengould.org/software.cleaner.you can still do you defrag.

What operating system you using? Windows XP all ready has defrag program in control panel under performance and maintenance. And I think windows Vista is the same.
