You should not put a little one in with the big one. IF the big one does not hurt it, the little one still wont thrive because of the stress of being in with the adult. If yours is indeed a male, then you CAN NOT get another male. A baby will not be sexable for certain (they are able to be temperature sexed, but it is not an exact science). Two males together will end up with one, if not two, dead or seriously injured geckos. If you get another one, it must be an adult and it must be a female. Know this though, with just one female in with the male, they will try to mate, it can get very rough, she can get hurt, and he can pester her so much that it does harm to her health. Two in a 20 gallon would be fine, but it would have been a better bet to have gotten 2 females from the beginning. :)

You could put another female leo of similar age in with your male, but two or three femles would be better; leos are harem breeders. If you want to get a baby leopard gecko, you'll have to keep it in a separate cage until it's about the same size as your male and you've determined positively that it's a female.

Male leopard geckos become very agressive towards each other and geckos of different ages together aren't good.

If they are bothy males, then no, because they may fight. It would probably be okay. I have 2 leos in the same cage but they are the same age about.
