My characters are Cubone and Squirtle, both lvl 18... I NEED HELP on defeating Moltres!!

well, for one thing, as soon as the battle starts, NEVER walk
if you take a step to moltres, you will be giving a free turn to him. let moltres walk to you, so that YOU can get a free hit. maybe throw a stick instead of walking
next, make sure that your partner has "exclusive move user" checked off for boss fights like this one. maybe you can even use a link box to link ALL of it's attacks, and all of your characters attacks as well.
