Its sportsmanship if they went around giving eachother high fives they would call it unsportsmanlike conduct so they hit on the azz as a way of saying good job. Now if a man grabbed a handful of another man azz cheek theres a big difference.

it's ok if they do it while playing sports, but if they didn't do that while playing some kind of sport..i would suspect something
