You might, you have some of the classic symptoms. The only way to know for sure is to visit a doctor and have bloodwork done to test LH, FSH, and testosterone levels. PCOS occurs when the hormonal feeback is not working well.
The most common treatment is birth control pills; it regulates the hormones.

You are fairly young and sometimes your body just has a hard time working out the kinks of a whole menstrual cycle, but some of the symptoms that you have named are symptoms of PCOS. (I have it, from the time I was about 14 until I was put on birth control about a year ago, I only got my periods twice a year).
Your best bet is to go to an OB/GYN. Have your parents make an appointment or you call and make an appointment. If you are worried about your cholesterol and your blood pressure, schedule an appointment with your family doctor and tell him that you would really like to be checked for these two things because you have a family history and you want to be sure that you are healthy. Honestly, it's the only thing you can do to get a 100% sure answer.
Good luck to you!

The first year or so of having your period it is normal for it to be irregular. When I was 13 my cycle was just like yours, I'm 16 now and now I get it once every two months regularly. If you are really worried about it, see a doctor.

you could have pcos, ask your mom to take you to the doctor, in the meantime watch what you eat and try to do a little exercises and see if that helps make you more regular. having pcos is not the end of the world but you really should see a doctor to be sure

No they don't reason delivery defects - if this became the case then each and every infant born could have a delivery affliction as progesterone is what keeps the being pregnant till the placenta can take over
