Only about as likely as anyone else. Sorry. It DOES run on the mother's side of the family (fraternal twins...cause you have to release two viable eggs) but only a slightly higher chance if it is YOUR father who had a twin. It would be higher if it was your mother...but maybe!

The chance of having twins is 1 in 80. But I'm not sure how much more likely it is if you have twins in your family.

You have the same chance as anyone else. Twinning does not run on the males side.

it is possible but not a given. a woman decides how many fetuses she carries while the male decides the sex. my cousin is a twin and has a 2 year old girl and 1 year old twin boys.

congrats! you have a good chance of having twins, my family has allot of sets of fraternal twins , and my mom tells me that the gean runs on the mothers side of the family, and skips every second generation . if your parents didn't have twins, you most likely will.
