Yes, they are legit. Yes, they can help girls break into the business. No, they aren't a scam just to take your money.
But, I have to ask, why would you want to pay a company just to meet agents? Proscout doesn't get you modeling jobs, they introduce you to agents, which you can do by yourself for free, but with more work and effort. The advantage of Proscout is meeting several agents and scouts at once at the events, so it does save you time and effort. But you have to be the one to decide if the cost is worth it to you. In other words, which do you have more to spare: Money? or Time and effort?
