She should try wearing undies that are a bit more fitted and pants that are a little looser.
If she's not shaped for the low rise pants, is still trying to wear them, and is having to hike them up too high to keep from showing crack, then that's some of the problem.
Having sex really has nothing to do with the shape of the outter labia. That's genetic :)

Listen it shouldn't matter what the guy thinks a Camel toe is really actually normal for people who think its gross. We don't think your **** size is gross. Why do you get to have the say? But honestly a camel toe is just fine and a small **** is fine too so think of it as your lower regions is perfectly fine as long as you clean it your good. Don't think it's gross or anything because guys think they are alpha they aren't don't listen to em love you for you.

Well...
You could simply tell her to get some pants that actually fit,
Or you could try different underwear...
Some of my friends can't do anything about their " camel toe " because they won't stop having sex alllll the time.

don't wear tight pants and wear pants that fit, that will easily fix the problem

encourage your friend to get some pants that fit. please. that has got to be uncomfortable!
