I'm looking for a film to be used to create a makeshift filter over a flashlight. My first thought is basket-wrap cellophane, which I know comes in colors, but it also comes in a much larger quantity than I need. I would only need a few square inches per project. It could be a bit thicker, for example, the consistency of overhead projector transparencies, as long as it cuts fairly easily. Does anyone know of a source for something along this line? It seems like it should be used in some sort of occupation...

It should be at least somewhat heat-resistant since I'm working with some heavy-duty flashlights that tend to get warm. I'm not planning on baking the stuff, but it might be subjected to some 90-100 degree temps.
