Hello, I have been looking for ballet classes for adults, but so far haven't found any. I used to be in ballet classes when I was a little girl 5-12 years of age, but sadly I had to give up ballet due to situations that arised and wasn't able to go back to ballet classes again.
I want to go back to ballet, but due to my age is a little hard to find classes. Any information regarding ballet for adults would help. Thank you very much

Hi
I think UHD is offering a beginner introductory adult ballet class at their central downtown campus.
If you are not a student you could register as a friend of the university and get the class in the membership (as well use the gym and attend other classes for free for the whole semester).
