For the safety of your child, I would not advertise for a tutor on the Internet.
Contact your child's school or even the local college for information on a private tutor. Social services in your county may have a program set up.
I wish you good luck in your search.

I do not live in Ohio, but I am fifteen years old and an eleventh grader at Vista Ridge High School in Cedar Park, Texas. I have always been good at math, and if you are interested, I would be happy to help online whenever I can. I am currently in Algebra Two, and previous math classes that I have taken include Advanced Algebra One, Geometry, and Statistics, as well as K-8 math classes. If you are interested, send me an email at nilla_wafer67@yahoo.com. Thanks!

You cannot teach abstract understanding of math. People naturally move onto the abstract from the concrete when they have fully grasped the concrete. This is the stage your child is stuck at. You will need to ensure that the child grasps the concrete first. Please don't use flash cards as memory is not understanding.
