Yes I have, and No I wasn't able because the person that was acusing me was so hard headed and infantile to see or believe the truth that was right in front of his face.

yeah, I was accused of putting an icepick in my neighbor's tire after we argued in Walmart earlier that night. I did, however, throw nails in their driveway to flatten their tires and smash out the back window of the car window but no, I didn't do the icepick. They tell everyone around the neighborhood that I do things to them. They put cameras up on the house because I kept getting away with my dirt. Now I'll just have to get someone else to do it for me!

Yes, My now ex wife said I pointed a gun and threatened her with it. There was a gun involved, but it had nothing to do with threatening her life, it was more in the lines of me taking my life. Anyways, if I had gone to a jury trial, I probably would have gotten off clean. Instead I had 2yrs probation, with a deferred sentence. Now, today, I have a clean record with a new lease on life.
