Having trouble with my video iPod.?

So I used the itunes video converter to convert my videos, and they downloaded onto my video iPod just fine. However, I can't get any sound when viewing the videos on my iPod. Anybody know how I can fix this problem?

From what I can tell your main problem is that you bought an iPod.
To fix this return it and get a SanDisk 8GB MP3 Player Sansa e280.
