Since the guy called you, there were no costs for you. So neither you or your dad will get billed for this call. If you were stupid and took an R-call from a complete stranger, then this will probably be billed to you.
Normally a cellphone sends the number of the caller along, so you can see the number that is calling you. However, this Caller-ID can be turned off by the caller. So there is no easy way to find out who called you.
And no, your dad can not listen to your cell phone.
If this caller creeps you and/or threatens you, call your cellphone provider to get a call trace installed. When this guy calls again, you press a button combination, and the provider will trace the call to its origin. So you can find out who called you and file a complaint or sue the offender.

If you and your dad are on the same account cell phone and he gets the bill then yes he will see all the outgoing calls you made as well as incoming calls to your cell phone number when he gets the bill.
Remember that no one can ease drop on your conversation with another person on your cell phone unless the government decides that you are a threat and orders recording of your conversations.

I work for Sprint, and when you get a detailed bill it shows all the numbers that you've called, but when someone calls you it just shows up as 'incoming'. And, no he can't hear what you're talking about, unless it was recorded, like a phone tap, which would have to be done in advance. As far as I know, he's unable to read text messages as well. You might wanna ask your wireless provider, because they're all different

Depends on the cell provider. I do not see who my daughter has called or who has called her on the Cricket network. If memory serves, I did get the print outs on Verizon and Sprint when we used them a few years ago.
No - he cant listen that I know of...unless he purchased some extra equipment etc.

if he really wants to know, he can call the phone company and ask them to send a list of all calls, but he cannot hear what you guys were talking about.

If your cell is on his family plan, then yes he will know who you're talking to, and for how long. As to what you talked about, I doubt it...

If he gets the bill he can. If he's the one paying then it's his phone, even though you use it.
