Well, my best guy friend and I are really, extremely close. We talk any chance we get and we tell eachother everything. But, he has a gf and I have a bf. Yes, its akward for my boyfriend but he understands. And his girlfriend is one of my friends and she understands too. And yes, I love my best guy friend. But only like a brother. And we both say that to eachother a lot. And this may sound bad..haha. But I cannot even think of kissing my best guy friend or even getting close to him. I gag at the thought. Soo thats my story and I hope that gave you an idea of what she thinks.

That's probably the best way to deal with it, I had a good friend in school whose feelings I hurt because I was honest enought to tell him I didn't feel that way about him. I didn't do it to hurt him, I told him that I didn't want to lose him as a freind, but he still was crushed, and never spoke to me again.

I would say "I love you too!'' and then kiss them.
