No they not They charge is discounted from the balance of the card.

You will get charged for the local call that you use to connect the card,. You can solve this by using TOLL FREE ACCESS NUMBERS

No. A calling card is used for making long distance calls from any phone, at work, any payphone etc. Hope this helps, if you need more information let me know.

sometimes it does, sometimes it doesn't. try using a SPRINT calling card. to test if it changes your number, call a friend and ask him/her if your phone number appeared on their screen.
