My dog has recently taken to urinating on the cement floor of my basement. Can anyone recommend an environmentally friendly way to get rid of these stains. I dont use commercial cleaners/bleach,etc in our house. Thanks for your help

First clean the area with just hot water. Then use a paste of baking soda and water. Let it sit for a few minutes. Rinse with water.

Whatever you use to clean your laundry. If it is preferably a powder, mix with water into a paste. Use a stiff bristled brush to rub into the area to remove staining and odor. Rinse with clean water. Might try sprinkling chili powder on the area to prevent the dog from using there area in the future

PET SMART has a couple of good cleanign agents that are great. They will clean up the mess and also keep hin from doing it again. You may also want to try NO GO. you can buy it at pet stores all you have to do is spray it where you don't want your pet to go.
