Go To The Local Police Department ..Or the One In West Virginia .. You usually have to wait several days for it to be posted .. If you have the date and street name where the accident occurred that helps.. But the name should be sufficient .
They can pull it up from that,, you will just have to pay for the copies of the report.. but they dont cost much ..
