when ever I raise a tadpole to a frog, I feed it fish food until it can "walk" then I go to my local pet store and buy pinhead crickets, (baby crickets that can barely be seen) as the frog grows, very slowly increase the size of the cricket. frogs will eat anything that moves and can fit in their mouth, generally, there is the rare exception like the great horned frog. They will eat whatever moves no matter the size or kill themslves trying, that's why they are nicknamed the pacman frog.

What did you feed them as a tadpole? Feed them the same thing- we feed crushed up turtle pellets until they are big enough to eat flies, crickets, and minnows.
