It's one hundred three. The and is used only in money.

The correct answer is one hundred three. The "and" is the word used to represent the decimal point in a decimal answer.

Ex. 103.103 = one hundred three and one hundred three thousandths.

one hundred and three is the correct form. Numbers having any hundred (200, 300, 400....) must be said using the "and" (specially in formal speech), but in an informal conversation you can say one hundred three.

103 can be read either as

one hundred and three or

one hundred, three

It all depends on where you live.

American English leaves out the "and" whereas British English puts the "and" in.

for higher numbers like 1,102 British English will say
one thousand, one hundred and two

The insertion of "and" is only between the hundred and the next number. it is never between the thousand and the hundred.
1,200 in British English would be, one thousand, two hundred.

I hope this answers your question.

There are many other differences between American and British English. So in essence, both are correct.

I am an English Second Language Teacher and I teach both ways to my students so they can be educated in cultural diffences in English speaking countries

Have fun

The correct answer is "one hundred, three." I remember this from school - I cannot remember the RULE, per se, but I do know that was how I was taught!

Oooo, it is most definitely "one hundred three"...Any fourth grader who was as unwise as to say "one hundred AND three" would earn themselves a whack from Sister Mary Elizabeth's ruler. Ouch!!!
