Society is obsessed with sex to the point that relationships between men and women have become frayed and ephemeral.
Sex is only a part of the relationship between the sexes, the other ingredient is that out of fashion emotion called love.
When two people find each other attractive, then there exists an invitation to get to know the other person.
Only from respect and valuing the person in your life will lust ripen to a more enduring love.
Sex sells newspapers TV shows etc etc but it is an illusion that is so far removed from reality and ethics.
Like a drug, the media pushes sex to the front of any agenda because they know there will be many lonely and frustrated men who will eagerly buy into such fantasies, which in the end damages a mans natural view of women and in doing so leaves men more confused and lacking in imagination and social skills.
Women also are pressurised to conform to an unrealistic notion of sexuality, while being either a mother or devoted wife or partner.
Sex should be sacred between two human beings, I'm afraid in today's Society we are encouraged to be unscrupulous voyeurs, without any humanistic insights.

Sex can be an intimate act between two or more people. Sex is also an industry and a commodity, because we live in a capitalist driven world where, everything in that world, is up for exploitation for the big buck.
Sex sells things. Sex creates lots and lots of money for many people. Sex is a commodity like the media and the gender.
I think everyone looses. Unless of course people realise that they have control over their own thoughts and actions and opinions.

If women ruled the World, Men would be forced to bear all the children plus Men would be forced to do the feedings, be disrespected and Men would earn much less than the women in same field.

Putting sex squarely into the media spotlight devalues it.
Issues relating to sex are a totally new ball-park - many people have many questions.
Openly displaying sex in th media on the otherhand cannot reach the level percived as art!

Sex is something that crosses economic, cultural, and racial boundaries since it is something that all are interested in; therefore, advertisers on television and newspapers appeal to the lowest common denominator of sex.

Sexual liberalisation is only tough on those whose morals it impinges upon. It is a good thing though, insofar as that it allows for open and honest discussions about sex issues: teenage pregnancies, STDs, contraception, etc.

Sex is a beautiful thing when done between two consenting adults in love. Especially sloppy oral sex.
