It's work-related and he is my supervisor and when I asked him a question, he said that he has told me many times when I don't really think he did because I didn't ask him many times, you know... So why would he say that?

He has already given me verbal and written warnings... Maybe that's why he said he has told me many times. But, I didn't ask him the same questions many times though, you know... I just wonder where this is going ...

It sounds like he is a control freak reminding you that he has already said something more than once..god forbid you make a mistake he will bring it up forever.

It really depends on the topic of conversatation . If you keep asking him if he likes you , then I'd say he is getting feed up
with that .
