An estimate from a reputable plumber would be the only way to be accurate as there are several things to look at here. How long has it been leaking and is there any water damage? How difficult is it to access the area of the leak? Any truly reputable plumber will give a free estimate. Good Luck to you.

Rotorooter won't do mobes. the leak is probably a faulty connection to the waste line and the slow drain keeps watter above the joint until it leaks out. It could even be the wax ring on the toilet. check to see that your drain line is properly supported not hanging down in spots that allow water and material to collect. Don't use liquid plumber it will react with stuff in the pipes and gets like weak cement. try plunging or a snake etc. Rehanging the pipe should not run much if you have room to move around. it is possible that you have a joint in the supply pipe that is going bad as well it will have to be repaired.

It could be roots clogging the sewer pipes, especially if there's a leak under the house. The Roto-Rooter man could be the answer to your prayers here.
We had this problem a few years ago, and the simple answer (RotoRooter) was a godsend. Plumbers can do this also, but the specialized guys have the right equipment and do it quickly (and without the attitude that some plumbers have).
