Any oil leak is a bad one. If gone without checking the level you could do serious damage to the engine. Have the camshaft seal replaced when possible, the sooner the better.\
good luck

This should be an easy job to do. Just get a gasket, take a digital pic to make sure you put everything back the way it was, remove items that are in the way of the cover, take the cover off, replace and re-assemble. Piece of cake.

Casey: yes it is because some times oil leaks can come from
worn out "O" rings they need to be replaced also if camshaft cover isn't torked to the precise "P.S.I " specifications that would
cause it ok ?

Its bad to have a leak anywhere on your engine. Anything that can cause loss of fluid or comtamination of fluid should be fixed.

Not a big problem. You should get it fixed. Oil may drip onto hot exhaust pipes.
