Men should ALWAYS remove their hats when eating - whether it is a dinner table, a diner counter, or at a sports bar. It is the ultimate in bad manners and shows poor taste.

Way to go Rocky!
Only 'ill mannered' men would sit and eat with their hats on!
Evidentally they were never taught proper etiquette or simply
'good manners'.
To some people this is no big deal, and it's usually those who would 'eat with their hats on'.
But keep it up Rocky, you're on the right track, manners too..

The hat should be removed indoors, well before getting to the table.. These guys were probably (1)bald and (2)not military veterans--even if yo' mama never taught you this bit of etiquette, the services drill in when to uncover.
