Mom passed away about 1.5 years ago- stepdad lost living trust papers- doesn't know attorneys name- she closed office- where are living trust papers supposed to be filed and how can someone get copies? Any informaton would be appreciated- ty

Do you know who administers the trust? They should have copies of all the paperwork. Check with the court in the county where the trust was created. If they can't help, consult an attorney.
