I've been trying to gain weight and i've been working out also. i'm wondering if its a growth spirt? im 15 i started at 105 and then two weeks later i weigh 110 and i've gained a ton of muscle tone so why do i weigh more!??!!?!?

Don't worry about the pounds, go by how you look and feel. Just like others have said here, muscle weighs more than fat so you can look thinner and more toned even though the weight loss doesn't show up on the scale. Keep up the good work, it sounds like you're doing just fine.

maybe u like to eat too much...no offense...Tips: dont eat anythin at night eat fruits of water to fill ur appetite and remeber the best meal to keep pup the enery is breakfast
