Would the size of an organism's stomach for example be the same for both males and females? brains? liver? lungs? etc? And if they were to have the same nutrition, health, and age. Just wondering.

Females are not smaller in most species. Its hard to say ,since in many animals, the diet and caloric consumption differ between sexes. Females in mosquito is large and consumes blood because it is more costly to produce eggs than sperm. In the Insect world, females are larger at least the fertile ones. Mammals are the other way around, usually. Some organs are disproportianately smaller to make room for female sex organs. Obviously, the breast are bigger in females. Since most species are insect, I have to say the females are larger.

No, the size of organs usually has a range, just as we are not all the same height, weight, etc. People of larger size generally have larger organs than those who are smaller.

I kinda knew that but I question a lot about that theory... Why, then, do females have a sexier figure than men?
