I'm a nurse. Put a pad on. Drink something warm, take a tylenol, ibuprofen for cramps, use a heating pad or a hot water bottle on your belly and rest. Let your mom know when she gets home. Take care.

Why are you home alone? You're ten! I'm sure you have a contact number for parents, grandparents, babysitter, somebody?
If so, call your mom and let her know what happened. You should be fine. If mom or big sister have sanitary pads in the house, place one in your underwear. NEVER insert a tampon! If you cannot find a sanitary pad, take a clean, dry wash cloth and fold it to fit in your underwear until mom can assist you further.
I do not recommend taking tylenol or any other meds without a parent's approval. I am not sure if you have allergies or a reaction in some way.
Seriously, you should not be home alone!

U just stay calm and live normal,
If u dont have a kotex to catch the blood, then make one out of toilet paper or papertowel .Or get some napkins and fold and put in bloomers.
If u are cramped up, fill an empty bottle with hot water and put on belly.
If your head hurts take a simple tylenol, tell your moma to buy u some pamprin period pills...u will be okay.

Search the bathroom for some pads. Do not use a tampon yet! If you cannot find any pads, then take some toilet paper and put it on your undies. If possible, notify your mom and ask her where the pads are. Good luck. =]

I thought 10 was A little young, but if you did start there's is
not much to do, just get one of you're mom's pads and
talk to her when she get home, or A close female family
member they help you out and tell you more.

Um i dont mean 2 be mean but itz so simple all you do is tell your mom or somone close 2 you and stick a pad/tampon up there!(lol)

it is probably bloody red or brown
dont use tampons
find a pad and stick it in ure underwear
cal your mom and tell her

go look in the bathroom or the hall closet for pads
or if you cant find them then look in other places
don't use tampons yet!!!!!!
