Where can I buy the Nintendo DS Lite console without being scalped?

buy it in a firsthand store. i know there are several places, worldwide, where the merchants might not even know/care what they actually have, and may have fake systems/games

if it's not a case of finding a decent store, and it's only that it's hard to find the DS - be patient. most stores sold out during the holiday season, and replenishments are sure to arrive this week

Try Walmart or any videogame store like gamestop or Ebgames. You may find some used ones or you could just buy a new one.
