The current oldest living person is Emiliano Mercado del Toro of Puerto Rico. He is 115. He was born August 21, 1891. He took over this titled after Elizabeth Bolden of Memphis, Tennessee died on December 11, 2006.

in a way, this question is really kinda dumb because in order to know who the "olderst" living person is, we would have to know the ages of every living person. some say the oldest man is 115. what if there is a tribesman living on a undiscovered island somewhere who is older? there is no definite correct answer to this question. sorry.

Documented oldest, who just recently died was 116, so I suspect the next is younger.
