To start with, a PC monitor is higher resolution! You wont find a TV monitor that will give you a clear picture because the TV resolution is too low! There is nothing you can do to clear it up!

Even for a TV LCD display it shouldn't be fuzzy but neither as sharp as a pc monitor. More than likely there is nothing wrong with ur pc or lcd. lcd when downscaled are horrible to look at ( aswell as using the lcd's up and downscaling processors ).

One make sure you're "bypassing" the tvs processor which with most lcds do using a VGA port.

Two Your computer should have recognised the plug and play and show a selection of usable resolutions. For a 15 inch lcd tv are usually no higher than 800 x 600 but some may be the next highest resolution. Use the lcds native resolution and refresh rate.

Hope this helps!

You must make certain there are no source of magnetic interference near the monitor. That may help. Even a fridge magnet can cause this problem if it is anywhere near you monitor.

Ask the store that you bought the LCD monitor from if this is the expected result. It may be defective.
