I love my wife, truly love her, I dont want to be with any other woman but her, she shows me she feels the same way and we both want to be together no matter what. But I had this business trip i was away for two weeks and sometime during those two weeks I banged a prostitute simply to relieve the stress from work, ill never see this woman again and still feel the same way about my wife. Wow, what a question! Of course you cheated on your wife by doing some prostitute. You have committed adultery and you have broken your marriage vows to your wife.
You said that you love your wife, truly love her, you don't want to be with any other woman, but you were with another woman all because you were stressed out? That is a poor excuse. There are other ways to relieve stress, you might want to look them up via Internet.
I have to answer your question, you don't love your wife....or else you wouldn't have done what you did.
By the way, if you still want to remain trusted, start with being honest with your wife. She deserves an honest answer.

Yes it's cheating unless your wife gave you permission to bang prostitutes beforehand.
If you found out that she had sex with some guy while you were away because she was lonely, would you consider that cheating?
You need to tell her about it and get yourself tested. I hope you used protection, but even if you did, there's still a 1% chance of getting HIV and other common STDs. Plus condoms don't protect you from Herpes and HPV at all!! Screw how pissed she's going to be at you and even if she leaves you is irrelevant. If you love her, you will tell her for her own safety, she needs to know.

Are you seriously questioning if what you did was cheating? You have got to be kidding me.
You not only cheated on your wife and proved you're a coward, but you also put your wife's life in danger by "banging" a prostitute.
If you truly and dearly love your wife, you need to tell her so that the both of you can get yourselves checked out for any diseases.

Of course you cheated on her. It is called adultery. You need to confess to your wife what you have done and ask her forgiveness. How could you have so much disrespect for your wife that you could do such a thing? You must have an awful lot of hate for her that you are not acknowledging, because when you love someone you do not commit adultery against them.
I sure hope you have gotten to a clinic or your doctor and been tested for HIV and STD's. Your wife should also be tested because you could have infected her.

If you don't believe it is cheating then why ask if it is. You slept with another woman that is cheating you doofus! How would you feel if your wife slept with a male prostitute? Would it be cheating then. You can see it how you want to see it but at the end of the day you cheated.
