paging file size and registry size settings. how do i set to auto... windows 2000. please help

you cant change the registry size , to change page file size you right click my computer go to properties click on advanced tab click on settings under performance and then you can change the page file or just leave it alone..

Right-click My Computer
Click the Advance Tab
Click on Performance

Hmm I think it is the same as xp. I haven't used 2000 in awhile so this might not be right. But look in start > control panel > system > advanced > performance and you can choose there. Hope that helps.
