I need more help with my space.?

I can't figure out how to format the individual boxes on the left side of the page, the one where your info and link about you are. I want to change those a little bit... can you tell me how? I'm old and out of touch :(

When you are at your home page to the right of your profile picture it says edit profile click that and change the boxes, don't forget to save it when you finished!
