regardless of how many penises and testicles you have, you should get to a doctor at least once a year, get naked and have the doctor examine absolutely everything from the top of your head to the tip of your toes. Prevention is the best medicine and the annual checkup will help find problems before they get out of control.
And if you really do have 2 penises and 1 testicle, well, that might be interesting to see. hehe

An Indian businessman born with two penises wants one of them removed surgically as he wants to marry and lead a normal sexual life.
The 24-year-old man from the northern state of Uttar Pradesh admitted himself to a New Delhi hospital this week with an extremely rare medical condition called penile duplication or diphallus, the Times of India said.
There are three types of diphallus, namely a true diphallus with two independent penises, a bifid phallus that may be glandular or complete and a pseudodiphallus having a rudimentary phallus in addition to the normal penis, assfullofcum.com reports.
The surgery was expected to be challenging as both organs were well-formed and full blood supply to the retained penis had to be ensured to allow it to function normally, he added.
The newspaper did not disclose the identity of the man or the hospital to protect the patient's privacy.
There are about 100 such reported cases of diphallus around the world and it is known to occur among one in 5.5 million men, the newspaper said.

Well, unless you are from a third world country without doctors many doctors have already noticed your extra "digit." If it is not causing problems then ask doctor at next appointment, otherwise, don't worry about it.

seems to me your mom and dad when you were in diapers should have taken you to a dr. and you should have gone as you where growing to adulthood. i can't believe a dr. didn't do something. i'm sure he saw this. i can't believe that at birth, it was not mentioned to your parents or nurses or drs. couldn/t have seen this. unless this came about as you were growing. yes go to a dr. asap. with today's types of surgery. you could lead a normal life check out several drs. plastic surgery is becoming very popular. they can do wonders!
