The judge could overturn the ruling especially if he finds she signed under duress. She can contest you for custody and all courts favor the mother for custody unless you can prove her an unfit mother. Your divorce decree will be the final say so on all of this but beware entering it,as you could possibly lose and end up paying child support as well as spousal support too. Good luck

they can. a lot of judges wont but, with the fact that she has a lawyer now, they could get it over turned. A lot of times judges wont though, it all depends on the judge.. Sometimes they will just wait until the final ruling of the divorce and then make a decision about overruling it if they feel it is needed.

She probably needs to fire her lawyer for gross malpractice.
Child support exists absent a divorce order. You can be married and still end up paying the child support.
So, no, they will not overturn the child support ruling. They can modify it, but they cannot overturn it. And that amount that she didn't pay you (known as arrears) will stay there; it can't be forgiven, it can't be discharged.

They could overturn it, but child support is more dependent on who has custody of the children. If you gain full custody of the children, then she will be required to pay child support. How much is a matter for the courts.

no they will not over turn court order
only if she files for change of child support would she get a hearing
and in australia they have child support agencies run by the government and child support is ruled by them not the court

probably not,, but if she has a lawyer he is going to fight it,
they go by still being married and both incomes, probably wont be a problem but depends on the judge, he might make her pay more for being a beotch,

any court order or document can always be modified (changed) at any time. if its a valid reason, its changed. if its not, it stays.
here is a calculator to help you figure out what her payments should be (its approx).
just click on your state and find the section you need.
