Geritol is a vitamin supplement. It doesn't account for hormonal changes that may have occurred, and it doesn't give you eggs if you've exhausted yours (any given woman only has a finite supply that she's born with). And yes, sex is also a requirement, but I doubt that was the question.

But you never know. Chemically speaking, if you're too old to get pregnant, you'll probably need to take estrogen or something along those lines. Or maybe you could just adopt?

Geritol will have no bearing on weather or not you become pregnant. It is a vitamin supplement generally designed for middle aged or older people. Getting pregnant depends more on a healthy reproductive system in the female and the male. No vitamins will make any difference.

Geritol is just a multivitamin, it is not going to help you in becoming pregnant. Talk to your regular physician about your plans to get pregnant. A prenatal vitamin as directed on the label is a good thing to start taking if you plan on becoming pregnant.

There used to be an old-fashioned tonic called Lydia Pinkham's Tonic. People used to say, "There's a baby in every bottle." I really can't say if it works or not. It was one of many things my wife and I tried when we were trying to get pregnant in the early 1980's. My mother told me about it. Maybe ask around drugstores for it.

Geritol is a vitamin supplement, not something that will help you to become fertile so that you may get pregnant.

I think you need to speak to your mother or a doctor if you are interested in becoming pregnant as clearly you are missing a piece of the puzzle.

Geritol is a vitamin used primarily in folks having the need to keep their Iron levels high.

When (and if) you become pregnant, your Gynaecologist and/or
Obstetrician will advise you what you require to supplement a well balanced diet.

If you are having difficulty conceiving then the Gynaecologist can refer you to the appropriate facility.

If you truly want a natural remedy to get pregnant take Bee Royal Jelly I did and I have 3 beautiful children. I buy it from http://www.beeroyalproducts.com I also read that Fergie and Princess Dianna both took Royal Jelly to get pregnant. You can read about it on this website in your health section. It worked for me and their 5 month supply is truly a bargain its about 90 bucks but worth every penny of it I swear by it, it is safe to take during pregnancy and recommended because it will help build your baby's immune system and the best benefit is NO POST PARDUM DEPRESSION

No.
You would need to be inseminated with human semen.
Then I would take vitamin supplements for pregnant women.
