just strait up ask him, i kno from experience it works. and if he doesnt reply at all, then there are high hopes that he means you. go out there and get him!!!! ;D

In order to get a mans attention, you have to be available but not really. Just out of reach. Grab his attention with your personality, make yourself desirable.
You must watch clueless, Cher is very up front with her desired man. Yes, you can take the direct/indirect approach but you might not like the answer. Or you just might find out that he is desiring you afterall.
Most guys will not tell someone that they like someone else until the find themselves at the same level and they always want what they cant have. (That is why we play hard to get)

If you know he doesn't like you you need to move on and don't think about him or who he likes. Get out and find someone new who likes you for you.
