out off the computer bios and leave it out 4 a couple of sec. is there any way 2 stop ppl from getting on ur computer that know this.

Thats only for passwording the BIOS. You could always do what companies do and physically padlock the case shut.

This is true. it applies to your Motherboard/Bios chip password. which uses your motherboard battery to supply the power to the BIOS which saves the password.

when you take off the batteries and wait for 10 minutes or more. the bios has no power supply so it loses the configuration of the bios with the password

All that does is takes the password off your BIOS, that doesnt mean they can get in your computer anyway at all, they can only make changes to your bios which you can reset anyways doing the same thing..

Most motherboard's bios have an administrator password option you can use. I think this is what you want but im not sure sorry.

make a windows password, its saved on the hard drive and not the bios, so it wont get wipped.

It's called a padlock. Also look at Kensington Locks.
