Where can i find a heated pen with a razor tip for burning stencils?

Any well-stocked craft store should have them. They are usually stocked with the wood burning supplies. Walnut Hollow is a good brand with a range of tips available. Prices range from about $9.99 up to $50 and more, depending on the wattage, accessories included, etc. Some come with just a knife tip or an etching tip, others come with whole sets of letters for woodburning, etc. I love mine...just remember that the knife gets HOT to avoid stupid burns and loss of fingerprints!
