It could be from becoming larger, try eating several small meals all day long. Or could you be coming down with something such as the flu. Either way try to eat small bits and make them count like high protein items such as cheese or peanut butter, make sure you are getting plenty of fluids. To achieve this drink all day long small drinks. If this doesn't change in the next day or so and you are not scheduled to go to the doc for a week or more i would call the doc....Good luck and i hope you feel better

I have the same problem. Im 32 weeks today and I only gained 7lbs total. Everyone one tells me I look small which is true. But my baby is fine. He is 4lbs, 5ozs as of last week. Im due 2/27. I have what is called Food Adversion, kind of the opposite of cravings. I can't eat the foods I like. I try to eat it and all of the sudden I get a strong gag reflex, and feel like like I'm going to throw up. A couple times I did, so I just avoid the certain foods that make me sick and stick with the foods that I can tolerate and take my vitamins.Just part of pregnancy like everything else. We both dont have much longer to go..;)

your baby could be laying in a way that is putting pressure on your stomach, as the baby grows, it takes up some of the space that used to be there for your stomach. So try to eat small meals, but more of them. This also what usually causes heartburn. I don't know of anyway to prevent it. You are in the home stretch, in several weeks this won't be a bother. If you feel scared talk to your doctor, or call your local hospital and ask for a labor and delivery nurse, they usually are happy to answer your questions.

Towards the end of my pregnancies I wasn't as hungry. Your stomach is squished and you can feel full very fast. Continue eating but small meals throughout the day.
Try and keep something in your stomach to prevent feeling sick, even if its just some crackers.

DO you have heartburn? I am 38 weeks with unbearable heartburn and sometimes I throw up first thing in the morning from the acid reflux right after I eat breakfast...note to self...no more chocolate chip cookies for breakfast!!

you can try cutting a lemon in half and taking a few drops of the juice, that helps with the sickness.
