Zac unfortunetly had to miss out on the tour because he is filming Hairspray now. In place of Zac Efron will be Drew Seeley.

Drew Seeley has taken his place for the tour. Don't worry, Zac will be back from HSM2: Sing It All Or Nothing.
Drew actually sang for Zac in HSM. Apparently, Zac has a tenor voice and Disney wanted more of an alto voice. Or something like that. So Zac really didn't sing for HSM.

According to imdb.com, Zac Efron really didn't sing. Drew Seely was his singing voice.

He wasn't on tour with them for some strange reason. Since he's one of the main charecters of HSM he's probrobley getting ready for HSM2.
