there were rumors of big budget JLA and Green Lantern movies.... But the Green Lantern movie was RUMORED to be a Jack Black movie... it was only a rumor since there has been nothing said since them.
The JLA movie is not likely since there is a wonder woman movie on the horizon as well as at least one more Batman (After the Dark Knight) and another Superman movie. And (Due to licencing and profitability) that takes the "Trinity" out of the JLA

I know that there was a Justice League movie made several years ago that was supposed to be a TV pilot and whil it was never aired there are copies of it floating around. There is also a rumor circulating that there will ba spinnoff from the Smallville series with some of the characters that have appeard there (Green Arrow, Cyborg, Flash, Aquaman), but nothing has been confirmed.
