They're using internet programming langauges such as ASP, Java, JavaScript, (X)HTML, PHP, MySQL, MsSQL, etc. while Nasa uses machine, not internet based languages such as C++, Visual Basics, etc.
They are two completely different categories so why have one do the others job?
