What were you expecting with a Microsoft product, ease of use? I would use Mozilla instead.

Well, I have Internet Explorer 7 and I can right click so your computer must be junk!!! Do some reading. Its ok to be a geek!!!

My friend has the same problem with his IE7. Right click doesnot work. i would reinstall it.

Get another browser like firefox or opera so you don't have to worry about microsoft.

try reinstalling it, go to control panel, add/remove, and remove it, then reinstall it from microsoft.com might fix it, might want to also check your system for spyware with spybot, you can get it from searching on download.com good luck :)
