I have bought hundreds of things on ebay and always pay really fast. But I won what I thought was an ipod shuffle. Then when I read the negative feedback from other people, realized that it wasn't an ipod shuffle at all. He listed it as an I - Shuffle and claimed it came with an ipod case. So I contacted him and said that it was false advertising and unless he told me that it was an actual ipod shuffle I wasn't paying. So now, I have a strike against me. I don't see anywhere on ebay where it says exactly what happens only that if you get them (meaning more then one?) they will deactivate you account. Does anyone know what will actually happen if anything?

fight the mark against you..they have arbitration for that..they won't automatically suspend you

not much happens,I had one and as long as you don't get a bunch in 6 months nothing happens and the strike goes away. you can try and get it removed but they almost always side with the seller...
