www.wikipedia.org is my favorite research site for essays. Metacrawler.com searches the search engines, so a search on Osama Bin Laden on Metacrawler would give you the results from yahoo, google, dogpile, etc.
I'd also search on CNN.com and bbc.co.uk.

depends on what your looking for best bet try the history channles web page. IF that does not work you cna look it up on most search engines to try and find information on him but you well get a lot of Al qida pages and other arabic pages and hate sites so be carfull
