Its been said humans were seeded here on earth by alien races. And, they come back from time to time via UFO sightings by us, to check on our progress. How would you feel if this was discovered to be true, that we are just clones with free will, a seperate race of beings? Try to give an answer OUTSIDE the Bible! This is mainly a thought provoking question!

In a way astrology gives us a hint. There are many forces that help make us what we are.If you could condense the evolutionary process in a compact particle or seed than it would be possible to send these probes out with these seeds to populate other evolving planets. It has been suggested that other visiting species have said that they use alternate life forms or bodies to visit other planets.Spiritually we are similar or basically the same and can use these other bodies for long space flight or for cohabiting these other worlds to teach evolutionary skills and other possibilities when we are ready. Many people here believe there is a "Rapture" if this is so most likely it wouldn't be physical one.I wouldn't exactly use the word clone. To put it in another way we are genetic programs.

I cannot give an answer from outside the bible because the bible is the only truth.

How probable do you think it is that we are seeds from aliens? Indeed. I can't comment on your "They come back from time to time" assumption because that is just what is it, a guess, a hope, an assumption. Good try though.

If we were clones you would think that we would be endowed with the same intelligence as our forebears and therefore capable of the same achievements. Why wouldn't we build our own space ships and go visit home?

Sorry mate I think you could get a job writing Childrens' books. I just wouldn't let you too close to the non-fiction section.

If humans were seeded here by aliens how come we share so much DNA with other species on this planet? All species on the Earth share DNA which we are unlikely to share with life forms that have evolved elsewhere. As one of my university lecturers was fond of pointing out, a human has far more chance of a successful sexual union with a petunia than with anything from another planet.

I think life on this planet came from aliens, but not in the way you do. I believe in the big flush theory. Shortly after our little planet cooled adn formed a surface, aliens landed here. They figured this was a good place to flush their septic tanks an lo and behold, backterial life on earth.

Alliens seeding Earth? Don't think so. Where is the evidence? Life on Earth related to life somewhere else? Yes, after all we are all made of the same matter. Can we look alike? Why not!

I highly doubt that is the case, but it is hypothetically possible.

I would be puzzled if it were true. There'd be so many questions: Where were they from? Why did they just leave us? How did they clone us? What was our meaning - our purpose? How do our cultures compare to theirs? The list goes on and on. Because this scenario would be so radical, I am not sure if I would believe it, even if there was strong proof. And if I somehow did come to believe it, I probably would just leave society because my goals would no longer become relevant.

"Could we be clones of an alien race from the stars or other galaxies?" Yes

But unless evidence is put forth for this HYPOTHESIS (there is an important difference between theory and hypothesis) it's no more valid than the drunken ramblings of the town hobo.

No, we evolved here on planet Earth from primitive macromolecules to unicellular life all the way till today. Personally, I believe evolution is God's "creation plan."

Aliens may very well exist but if they do why do they like to do anal probes on the craziest people on our planet?
